DELIVERY AND RETURN
Delivery Conditions:
1. Delivery areas: We currently deliver to France and the European Union.
2. Delivery charges: Delivery charges are calculated based on the destination and the total weight of the order. These charges will be clearly indicated during the ordering process.
3. Delivery times: Delivery times vary depending on the destination. They are generally 4 to 8 days from the shipping date. Any delays will be communicated as soon as possible.
4. Order tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. This will allow you to track the status of your delivery in real time.
5. Receipt of the order: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the order is received at the address indicated. In case of absence, a calling card will be left to arrange a new delivery.
Return Conditions:
1. Return Policy: We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Only products returned in their entirety and in perfect resalable condition will be accepted. Any product showing signs of wear or that has been damaged or stained will not be refunded or exchanged.
The customer will have the option to request either a refund of the amount paid or an exchange of the product. In the case of an exchange, reshipping will be at the customer's expense. In the case of a refund, this will be made within 15 days.
2. Return Request: Before returning an item, please contact us on the contact form to obtain a return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
3. Return costs: Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product.
4. Refunds: Refunds will be issued within 15 days of receipt and verification of returned items. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
5. Manufacturing defect : The product is defective, arrived in poor condition? Send us a photo. In this case, we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the goods if necessary.
The customer is required to check the condition of the products upon receipt. The customer has 3 days from the delivery of the product to make any complaints to the seller. He can do so by email at contact@laserviettedetable.com , sending us a photo of the damaged product.
Any claim not made in accordance with the rules defined above, and within the time limits, cannot be taken into account and will release the seller from any liability towards the customer.
