1. What types of fabrics are used for the napkins in your online store?

  • We use a variety of high-quality fabrics, such as cotton, linen, and polyester. We use the ends of household linen rolls to limit our impact on the environment. Therefore, not all our fabrics are the same.

2. How do I care for my cloth napkins?

  • Before first use, we recommend soaking them for 12 hours in cold water or machine washing them cold.
    Then wash your towels at the recommended temperature.
    Don't let stains set into the fabric. Remove them with gall or Marseille soap. If the stain is stubborn, sprinkle with Terre de Sommières and let it sit for 1 hour. Then wash at the recommended temperature.

3. What are the dimensions of the napkins you offer?

  • Dimensions vary depending on style and model. You can find specific details for each product on the respective product page.

4. Can I personalize my napkins with my first name?

  • We're working on it. This service will be available to our customers soon.

5. Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

6. What is your return policy?

7. How can I track my order?

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

10. Can you tell me where my order is?
  • It takes us between 5 and 8 business days to deliver your order. (Delivery times may vary depending on the time of year). We manufacture our products locally using integration workshops. In the event of a stock shortage, we will keep you informed of the product manufacturing time. Your order will then be sent by registered letter. You will receive your tracking number in the shipping confirmation email.
11. I would like to make a gift and send the product directly to the person I want to give it to without attaching an invoice?

  • You can simply specify a different delivery address in the order form. Don't forget to let us know in the comments so you don't have to attach your invoice. You can download your invoice from a link in the shipping notification email you received.

12. If my product is defective, what can I do?
  • We remind you that our towels are made locally and inclusively. They are handmade and may vary slightly. In the event of a defect, we invite you to send us photos using the contact form.
